This has been in the making for the past 18 months - I’m so excited to share this with you!

As a Midwife, Nurse and a Mum of 2 (including a newborn - I’m right there in the trenches with you!), I know that you could be feeling exhausted, sleep deprived and overwhelmed at times by your baby’s sleep.

I have created this book Let’s Sleep: The First Year so that you can actually drink your coffee (hot!), have time for yourself during the day, put your baby to bed by 7pm and have time to watch Netflix with your partner.

This is your complete guide to do it your way because there is no one size fits all approach!

DR AMBER MOORE, OBGYN AND MOTHER OF 4

"This book is a revelation. I will be recommending this book for every one of my patients (and the new grandparents!). I wish I had this resource when I had my own children! As a new (and uncommonly young and glamorous) grandmother, I cannot wait to give a copy to my son and daughter-in-law.”

Feel confident to navigate your baby’s sleep from birth to one.

This book will empower you to shape your baby’s sleep in a way that supports your individual family to flourish.

I wrote this book to guide you through the first year of your baby’s life, and beyond.

From the initial weeks at home with your newborn baby to establishing a predictable routine, this book is here to support and guide you and your family through the nap maths, sleep regressions and lots more.

Written by an experienced Midwife, Nurse, Sleep Consultant and Mum of 2. After speaking with 1000’s of parents over the years about struggles with sleep deprivation and the often anxiety inducing nature of navigating baby sleep - I created the resource I knew parents needed.

A gift they’ll actually LOVE!

Rather than another rattle or baby blanket, gift them something that will actually make a difference in their parenting journey (getting amazing sleep!).

Let’s Sleep: The First Year makes such a beautiful gift for parents and caregivers with little ones from birth to one. Jam packed with practical advice and tips on baby sleep from a Midwife, Nurse, Sleep Consultant and Mum of 2.

Meet the author & contributors

Hi, I’m Jazz Kostov

letssleep.com.au @lets__sleep

Get to know me

I’m the proud founder of Let’s Sleep.

As a registered nurse, midwife, certified sleep consultant and previously a maternal and child health nurse I've always been dedicated to supporting families in their parenting journey - right from pre conception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

I’m a Mum to two incredible girls Hazel and Adeline and have an amazing husband, Alex.

Let’s Sleep was created because I wanted to avoid sleep deprivation in parenthood and the inevitable ripple effects this has on our physical and mental health, relationships and enjoyment of parenting (and help as many parents in the process too).

In 2025, I authored and self-published Let’s Sleep The First Year, a book on baby sleep. I can’t wait to see the impact this has on families far and wide.

My mission is to empower you with the tools and intuition you need to make the best decisions for your family when it comes to sleep. Remember that there are no “bad habits” when it comes to baby sleep. There are simply habits that either work or don’t work for you and your family.

Production and transparency

You may notice the book is priced higher than those typically found at kmart or amazon - here’s why:

  1. I chose to self-publish instead of working with a large publishing house (they can often get cheaper deals when creating books). By self-publishing, I maintain full control over the content and quality of this book, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the vision and values here at Let’s Sleep.

  2. The book is printed on demand in small batches. When a batch sells out, I will open preorders for the next round of books. This might mean a short wait if you preorder (which i’ll always make clear)

  3. At almost every stage of this project, I've been so lucky to partner with small businesses to support their incredible work. This includes local photographers like Molly Heath, Megan Dwyer, Elyse Lagos, one of my lifelong friends Fenja as well as Steph from St. Clement Creative, whose incredible graphic design skills brought this book to life.

We truly appreciate your investment in this book. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further information!
